Master Cleanse

Yes, I wasn't expecting it. It happened several months ago. I was

on the fourth day of the fast, and I decided to modify it by

consuming oil to stimulate the liver a bit.

When I consume oil, it will be some blend of olive, almond, flaxseed,

and coconut, whatever I have on hand, and the total will be about 1/4

to 1/3 cup. On this occasion I think I may have taken up to 1/2 a

cup.

Please understand that I have no problem puting down oil, on a liver

cleanse, I mix the 1/2 cup olive oil with the 3/4 fresh grapefruit

juice, and actually like the taste of it.

Something came up, and I didn't carry out the fast to the ten days,

but I did put out the familiar green soft calculi of different sizes,

as when doing an ordinary liver cleanse. I didn't continue the fast

after day 5, opting to start it over again at some later date.

I didn't take any epsom salt, since I wasn't trying to follow the

instructions for a liver cleanse, but I did do a salt water flush,

its what I do on a master cleanse, and this is how I put out the

green calculi.

I didn't experience any attack or biliary colic, but I've learned

that I typically won't experience those awfull symptoms when the gut

is empty.

At the time, Lent was coming up, and I figured I was going to fast

during some part of Lent. Its now the second week of Lent, and I

haven't fasted any, but I am preparing. I'm going to try fasting

with lemon juice, cayenne pepper and molasses, maybe alternate days

with maple syrup. I'd like to see what results from fasting with

molasses rather maple syrup. Anyhow, that was my experience.
