I am taking 3 and half tabs of 25 mcg T3 at the moment, just increased by quarter tab yesterday and so far so good though, certainly with me anyway it seems to take about two to three days before an increase kicks in when using T3.

I sincerely hope that I have cracked it this time because it has been a long haul for me trying to find that elusive sweet spot. I am taking 27.5 of hydrocortisone as well. I was taking a higher dose of this for quite a well and did not realise, but eventually discovered, that it was increasing my BP and lowering helped with that.

On the coffee front, what I am doing is having one mug of 'half-caff' first thing and decaff after that if I want a coffee.

This seems to have made such a difference I can barely believe it.

Though, interestingly, my son was tracking his pulse recently and, after a drink with Coke in it, his pulse went up to a scary 127!!! And I don't know if Coke contains more caffeine than coffee but would be very interested to hear if anyone else knows the answer to this.
