Stress and magnesium

It definitely explains all the health problems I've had for years. I've not

had a stressful life, but I'm one of those people that just physically can't

deal with ANY stress. I've been this way since at least age 10 when my hair

started falling out and I developed a tic. I'm hoping that magnesium is the

" answer " I've been looking for, because I've tried lots of other things

(which have helped somewhat, but not totally). I hope I have positive things

to report soon!

Have a blessed day!

Subject: Re: CalMax and Magnesium Question

Hi, Evie:

Yes, stress is bad, too much of it, that is. It causes you to also dump

magnesium. Yesterday I was extremely stressed from a job that I was doing. I

do editing for court reporters on depositions, which is called scoping. I

noticed last night that I didn't feel as good, so I took some extra

magnesium.
