I feel fine - sometimes have a minty taste from the pills. I should be scheduling an ultrasound sometime in April. I feel fine, at the end of April or so, I will be going in for an ultrasound to see if the product worked. Sometimes, I burp up a minty taste, but normally I don't. Guest guest Posted April 1, 2007 Report Share Posted April 1, 2007 Hi Anne, I did not know I had gallstones until they were found " incidentally " during an ultraound for something unrelated. Since finding out I had these stones, I can recall in the past having some heartburn from hades! that would last a couple of hours and it seemed to burn in the middle of my chest straight through to my back. I guess these could have been gallstone attacks, but I don't know. It does not happen often. No, I haven't noticed stones in my stool - but honestly, I have not been looking for them. I can't say I feel any different than before either. I have decided to let the ultrasound do the talking. I will keep everyone posted. The bile backs up into the stomach..due to the stones blocking and the bile not being able to flow properly down into the duodenum..the bile is highly alkaline..and still burns..acid is not the only thing that burns..think of alkaline batteries!
