I did lose my gb-would like to know the liver " drips bile " into the stomach

or the small or large intestines. And does it know from the negative feedback

system the gb had to release bile-in other words-does the liver get the same

signal to release bile or it just sits there releasing bile all day long-it

seems to me when I eat eggs I can get greasy bm's but not all the time it

happens sporadically. Can you send me the way in which you did your gb cleanse

I

sure wish I had the internet in 1997-there was no reason for believe that I

did need it removed at that time but I understand how things are never what

is portrayed by the medical profession. Sabina~

Hello,

I'm not Amber, my name is Susie, and I had my GB removed in 2003. I really

tried to save it for several years, but I guess it wasn't to be.

Anyway, there are things that you can do to help yourself. Fats can bother

you the most, so eat lower fat foods, except I still have my healthy fats

like olive oil, nuts, and various things. Greasy foods do bother me a lot.

They weren't healthy when I had my GB, and they certainly aren't healthy now.

I have found recently that lecithin helps, extra magnesium still helps, and

taking taurine really helps a lot too. Taurine helps our bile, our heart,

liver and brain. Basically the lecithin, magnesium does too.

Then get this book by Dr. Blaylock, who just retired as a

neurosurgeon: Excitotoxins, the Taste that Kills. It will go into stuff about

what

the excitotoxins do to us, the MSG and the aspartame, but there are other

things besides this. You'll see in the book. It's not expensive at all from

amazon.com.

Recently, I started taking acetyl L-carnitine, which is really a must.

After I took my first does, I felt much better within an hour's time that I

have

felt in years, which tells me that I must have needed it.

Susie

Eggs and meat bother me and I've read that we should not consume much of them.

Yes, the bile continues to drip. I'll send you the information I've saved in a

private email if you'll let me know your address.
