RE: sandy/pouch dialation and flouro

I've got copies of my own fluoros (digital), and you can clearly see

the band, the contrast liquid, a pouch, and the area below pouch where

it has gone through. Sort of an hourglass.

Hi Sandy,

I didn't realize they could see all of that on flouro. I've had my band a

while now with no problems with my band from surgery to now. If someone can

tell me they can see pouch dialation or esophogeal dialation on film I'll

stop worrying<g>

Yes, they sure can. There are pictures of slips and dilations here in

the files - look in the photo album for the AAA Band files.

With care and good band habits, you will never see these on YOUR fluoro!
