But I have trouble swallowing large pills, so was afraid to buy it for that reason. Do the pills have powder or gel in them? I sometimes break up dosages and put them into smaller capsules that I have. I'm curious how long you've been taking the product. Guest guest Posted August 22, 2007 Report Share Posted August 22, 2007 Dear margh the soft gell capsule is not too bad size wize..its enteric coated so you must not break it open..as it needs to get past the stomach before being broken down. The other capsule could be opened and tipped out, although it might taste yukky... I stopped the system due to a mistake in dosage that was entirely my fault..! I was taking the dose in nearly one go..instead of spreading it across the day.. now I take the softgells, one at a time..there is no problem..its too early to say anything either good or bad, but my discomfort level in liver and gallbladder has gone down. Guest guest Posted August 23, 2007 Report Share Posted August 23, 2007 Dear thank you for your feedback on gallcleanse..I am surprised its not discussed more often, because to my mind being able to gently break down the cholesterol stones daily, and also support the liver, is gentler for people.. the olive oil cleanse etc, is fine ,but its quite a strong process, and can cause problems , as it has done for me, owing to poor preparation and a very congested liver. I am now tolerating the dissolving capsules fine, with no burping up of anything..and no battery acid bottom! Good diet - which includes liver and gallbladder supporting foods and herbs are necessary to have a healthy gallbladder and to decrease possibility of further attacks. The cleanse is a strong kickstart to clean the gallbladder. It should only be repeated yearly as a general " tune up " once gallbladder health is restored.
