Lilian will send you an invitation. It is 'attached' to our main forum, in that ONLY members can join - it is not open to outsiders. There you can chat about anything under the sun, other than thyroid issues. Tell jokes, stories, how your weight is going - or not, exchange your favour recipe's etc. It has been quiet lately, but I think we have all been too busy with the main forum - so we need a few laughs from somebody/everybody.

Apologies for ignorance but I don't know where the chat room is. The box on the left doesn't have a link.I'm sure it is somewhere obvious ;-)Tracey

Thanks. I did have an invite at some stage but deleted it in a

moment of brain fog, as one does.
