Does Iodoral have to split into seperate doses

Hello,

Does iodoral have to be split into seperate doses throughout the day?

Is there any advantage to doing that or can we take it all at once in

the morning.

What sort of half life does it have in the body?

I take Armour 3 times a day and hydrocortisone 4 times a day.

You do not have to split it. I took my 50 mgs all at once. Now I take two

50 mgs / day. Iodine does not have a 1/2 life it is stored and used within

the cells. The rest is flushed out in the urine. It depends on your body.
