Hi Laurel,

Not sure you passed a stone. Shift in position and comfort level suggests

you have a " mobile " stone and it happens to me all the time, especially at

night; i.e., changing position and comfort/discomfort changes. Usually, once it

subsides you're good for a while. Keep track of these symtoms for a few days.

Only way to tell if stone is gone is

an ultrasound.

Good question. Pain is not always from stones though. It may be that the

muscle just relaxed. That is a very good thing. Huh? -D

hmm it probably went back into the gallbladder? i've had similar experiences.

except i get a warm feeling in my stomach and then poof, pain is gone.
