Guest guest
Hi Laurel, Not sure you passed a stone. Shift in position and comfort level suggests you have a " mobile " stone and it happens to me all the time, especially at night; i.e., changing position and comfort/discomfort changes. Usually, once it subsides you're good for a while. Keep track of these symtoms for a few days. Only way to tell if stone is gone is an ultrasound. Guest guest
Good question. Pain is not always from stones though. It may be that the muscle just relaxed. That is a very good thing. Huh? -D ----- Original Message ----- From: Laurel<mailto:lschoenrank@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Wednesday, July 18, 2007 7:59 AM Subject: Did I pass a gallstone? Late last night I was gaving some gallbladder pain. I took two aspirin and a Magnesium Citrate capsule and went to bed, laying on my right side. The pain just continued and was pretty miserable. Then I switched to my leftt side, the pain shifted and increased a bit and then abruptly just vanished! Did I pass the stone that was causing the pain, or did it just fall back into the gallbladder?
