Iodine loading test question

Hello all, I am new to this group and I received a test kit and it

also has a blue-spot test. I don't recall what that is for. Since it

is included in the kit that my friend decided to give to me, I thought

it might be worthwhile to have it done. Also the 3 small bottles have

some sort of preservative the lab said but the kit is a year old and

was wondering if that's how it's supposed to look...they have small

dark spots. Thanks for any replies. andra

You should stop 48 hours before you do the test.

Iodine loading test question

Hi, I want to do the iodine loading and bromide test. I'm currently on 50 mg Iodoral daily, but have only been doing that for a week. Should I stop taking the Iodoral for a certain period of time before doing this test (if so, how long)? Or should I just keep taking daily before the test.Thanks,
