Hello,

I took a look and I see what your concerns are. In my opinion from the

pictures you have, it does appear that ther is plagiocephaly present. I

couldn't tell you true severity from the angles, but what I am seeing

is some flatness(asymmetry), and her ears do look a bit misaligned. She

is at a great age to start treatment and recieve excellent correction.

I would go get a free evaluation at Cranial Technologies. Here is thier

website www,cranialtech.com so you can learn about them. I also have a

question for you. Does your daughter have good head control? Does she

seem to tilt to one side or look mainly in one direction, or is it

difficult to get her to turn her head to look at something on one side?

I could not tell very well in the pics, but she has a shoulder that

looks a bit pulled up and I was wondering if you were seeing any of the

signs I asked about of torticollis or if it was just the pic.

Hi Carol-

Thank you so much for looking at the photos-I added another this

evening after bathtime. I think I got the right angle this time!

She has always favored her right side, but she can turn her head

easily in either direction-I think the picture may just be from a

bad angle.

Much better pics. I do see the plagio. I would say a high mild to a

moderate. I am thinking moderate because of the facial and ear

asymmetry. I still recommend going for the free consult at Cranial

Tech.

Thanks again for taking another look at the photos (for anyone else

who'd interested in peeking-they are under plagio kids-album title-

plagiocephaly suspected).

One last question (for now, at least)-how do you judge facial

assymetry from those photos? I know I can see it in the mirror, but

Im not sure what exactly is assymetric in the photos-her forehead?

I've tried to contact CT in Paramus to set up an eval, but havent

had luck yet! (keep getting a machine) I'll keep trying!

Thanks!

Cheryl,

It is always hard for us moms to see the total facial asymmetry we

see them every day, the mirror helps alot. I don't think I am seeing

anything that you are not already, but I will list the things I

looked for, and tell you it is only from looking at the pictures. She

may look better or worse in person. The one cheek is looking a bit

chubbier than the other and the misalignment of the ears. I'm back

and forth on the forehead. It looks very mild. Asymmetry is taken in

to account when the diagnosis is made.

HNI zyme prime is supposed to help with fats digestion. The diharrea

is almost certainly caused by the vitamin E. You might want to

switch to a different brand of vitamin E. Some people are unable to

digest certain brands of vitamins but can handle other brands. I

remember one time I was having some trouble digesting multivitamins;

they were making me throw up. But then I switched to Rainbow Light

multivitamins and I did fine with those.

Vitamin E is usually made from soy. Try giving it with Peptizyde, see

if that helps.

If it is a fat problem, look for something with lipase, like Zyme

Prime. If it is a soy problem, try the Peptizyde.

Hello. I possibly intend to do a flush, but I am often unable to sleep

on my right side. Does anyone have any idea how much I would hurt my

chances of expelling stones if I slept on my back the whole time?

Also, I understand I could have success with using from 3 tablespoons

to1/4 cup of oil. Any opinions on this? Thanks for any help. Pat

why is it advised to sleep on right side during a flush?

does that help pushing olive oil or something else into the gall bladder?

does anything enter gall bladder? i have heard that gallbladder excretes only,

and that is bile.

but i think, to excrete gallstones, one should sleep on left side so that

opening of gall bladder faces downwards.

if you have access to older xrays, Dr Bridwell would probably like to see how

they have changed over the years. You do not need to bring recent xrays unless

you need to see a local doctor to get a referral for insurance purposes. Dr

Bridwell will want more xrays done at his office to his specifications anyway.

Thanks I do have a ton of old xrays some before my HR surgery,

and many for years after sugery. It will probably cost a fortune

to send them out.
