Guest guest
I don't use margarine, and don't put butter on my pancakes. If it wasn't the pancakes, it was the whole raw milk, which I doubt. I drink ACV throughout the day as well (had slacked off right before the attack). Have a blessed day! I would venture to say that the butter or margerine (if used) on the pancakes pushed the gallbladder over the edge. I think the gallbladder will give you a few 'free tickets' and allows you to eat bad stuff with minimal pain. Pay attention to these signs. The pains start out really mild, then they increase in intensity as days go by and the junk food increases. I have been taking Milk Thistle daily, and drinking organic Apple cider vinegar. It seems to really help when I drink it before eating things with extra oil in it, such as pizza (although on occasion I skip the ACV mix thinking that I can handle it, since there is usually no pain at the time of consumption). This ACV is actually a good idea to take before and slightly after eating any foods with any oil in it.
