I remember when I had my gallbladder and couldn't eat pizzas that you buy

out. So my husband found a recipe to make pizza dough and used olive oil. No

greasy stuff in it at all. He used whole wheat flour and we don't eat pork

anyway. So with the pepperoni, we bought the turkey kind. He made that pizza

extremely healthy for me so I could eat it. It was wonderful and not a bit

greasy, made totally from scratch!

Pizza is what set off my gall bladder problems. We usually get hand tossed,

but like idiots decided to get pan pizza. Pan pizza has enough fat and

grease in it to give a baby a heart attack!

Have a blessed day!

I'd vote for bad pizza. I eat pizza every once in awhile and have no trouble

with it. Your other topic, Dr. Bruce West reported of a surgeon who has

stopped 95% of his gallbladder surgeries after telling his patients to take

A-F Betafood from Standard Process Labs. I take it daily. They are small

tablets made from food.

Hi Evie,

I know what you mean-that's why I like very thin crust pizza-I use danelion

tea, garlic, and use castor oil pack rub on my tummy to help cleanse my liver,

periodically. A naturpathic doctor suggested it to me. Depending on where you

buy your pizza it usually is very greasy from the pepperoni-which I do enjoy but

not the fat. I once saw in a movie-someone eating pizza took a napkin and dab

it before eating it. Have a great day, Evie. Sabina~

>>Thank you for the recipe-sounds really good. I will have to try it,

Hi, Sabina:

Well, when I had my GB, there were certain foods that I couldn't eat.

Doesn't mean they're unhealthy, though. Different foods affect each one

individually in a different way. For example, eggs are very healthy, but when

I had

GB problems, I couldn't eat them. It would trigger an attack. I remember

when Dale was on here and he loved cabbage in any way, shape or form.

That used to trigger an attack for him.

So we just watched what cheese that we put on it. Basically, I could never

eat cheddar cheese when I had my GB problems. But your white cheeses never

did bother me at all. We would put healthy stuff on the pizza, like onions,

olives, bell peppers. When my sweet husband would make that pizza, I never

did have any problem at all with it.

Do don't eat pizza then! sorry I am being naughty here, your body obviously

does not react well to perhaps the wheat or dairy..

is the wheat refined white? it probably has additives in. Try making your own

from organic unrefined flour and the raw dairy cheese if you can find it..

but sadly we often have to stop eating foods we like , because our body does not

like them!
