Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 Hi I'm Sabra i'm new. we are here with you we know exactly how you feel intimately. i'm a night binger i just quit smoking Sept. 2007 and gained 11 pounds. i had to look my surgeon in the face her very famous pretty face and see the hurt disappointment. i think if i can offer some pointers or tricks to people like me we can all do the same and help each other. for example as a " Night Raider " i found using smaller bowls and smaller plates helps. things like sugar free pudding is only 60 cal. one other thing find a delicious low cal alternative for example my friend bought me at salad with baked chicken pieces on romaine lettuce oooh yummy. or i had very low fat mayo egg salad with a few olives on lettuce. peoples magazine had a double issue of people who lost weight in the thousands of pounds and they had some nice recipies sugar free jello layered with whipped fat free/sugar free whipped topping/fat free cream cheese mixed together and sandwiching between layers of jello.
