Hello group:

Here's some of my references on Mg. If you don't have enough magnesium, it

will affect your liver in a bad way. Look for things good for the liver, and

it helps the GB. I get my mg now from Jigsaw Health. It's a bit pricey,

but it's worth it. I was afraid that my husband was showing early signs of

Parkinson's a few months ago. One of his grandfather's had it. Well, since I

started researching things, started him on several different things that I'm

taking too, he's doing so well. He feels better than ever. His muscles feel

good because they were tightening up really bad, but with the mg (especially

the Mg SR), they are feeling great! He's sleeping good now, has a lot more

energy. Plus a POSTIVE thing that I can't talk about on here. heehee! It's

cured my insomnia problem. That MgSR (slow release) keeps you from getting

the diarrhea.

I wish that I still had my GB, but thinking back on it all, magnesium really

helped me then too. I remember a couple of times taking magnesium sulfate

when I had some attacks and it stopped the attack.
