EAS Advantage Protein Powder

Has anyone tried this? I start my Pre-Op diet next week and wanted to know

if anyone has tried this and how it is.

You mix the Protein Powder with 1% or Skim milk.

Or do any of you have any favorites

I mix my protein powder with water. I have cookies and cream protein powder

and chocolate milk protein powder. I bought them at GNC.

I have 4 protein drinks ( 8 oz drinks) a day and one lean meal for supper on

this diet.

Thanks Judy. They sound yummy. I will look into GNC also. My husband works

for Target, so I was looking there. I can get his discount on them

But I will price shop....

, this stuff is fine, but there is no need for the LSD to be

liquid only. A good LSD is a special combination of high protein and

low carb for a temporary period.

The one we use allows steak, chicken, eggs, cheese, fish, pork,

certain veggies, salads, etc, along with a fe protein drinks like

Unjury and protein bars. Ther is no hunger, misery, or deprivation -

and it meets the essential carbs for good brain and organ function -

no less than 40-50 gm a day.
