difference in fats and oils

There are different kinds of fats. We are talking about beneficial unrefined

oils vs detrimental refined oils.

Unrefined organic first cold pressed oils are good in most cases while refined

hydrogenated fats and oils are the culprits as well as fats from corn and grain

fed live stock.

As far as cost of grass fed beef.

If you really care about your health, budget for grass fed beef and just eat

less.

Where there is a will there is a way.

Like I said before.... a lifestyle change is needed and that includes diet.

If you keep doing things the same old unhealthy way.....you get the same old

unhealthy results.

Free range fertilized eggs in the big scheme of weekly food bills are

not that expensive either compared to the quality and quantity of good

protien they give.
