Guest guest
Hi Barbara It is good to know that your NAE are working for you. I think it probably is the fact that you have stopped your thyroxine that is making you suddenly feel so tired in the evening, but I would continue with your NAE only and stay off your levothyroxine until your Armour arrives. You have a much better chance of your Armour working this way. You could add another NAE in the morning to give your adrenals a really good boost and see how you feel on that. I would continue with your NAE until you are well established on Armour and you have found the dose your body requires, and then see how you are in reducing the dose. Some of us need to carry on taking it - I take one tablet with my breakfast every day and need it. I am pleased you are feeling better regarding your breathing. You must be getting excited knowing that when your Armour arrives, that day could be the first day of your new, healthy life. I certainly do hope so. Luv - Sheila Morning everyone,It looks like it's been a busy weekend! Lots of posts to catch up on!!I have a quick question on NAE and boosting adrenals.I have been taking NAE since Tuesday and have been off mylevothyroxine since Wednesday. On Tuesday and Wednesday I took 1 NAEeach day. Since Thursday I've been taking 2 NAE tablets and I'mfeeling much better on it.However I am very, very tired of an evening - something which has juststarted since Friday - although I am more awake during the day. Couldthis be related to not taking levothyroxine?I was also wondering how do you know when you've taken sufficient NAE?I'm hoping for my armour tablets to arrive this week, so will I be OKto start taking them when they do arrive, or do I need to up my NAEfurther? On the plus side I have realised my breathing has been so much bettersince I started taking NAE. I used to wake up every morning with atight chest and found it hard to breathe, frequently taking coughingfits. Now I feel absolutely fine when I wake up!ThanksBarbara No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
Hi Barbara, Sounds like you are heading in the right direction. Evening tiredness could be your body beginning to feel the reduction in T4 levels- some of us are more sensitive than others- I felt very tired by the time I had completed my 5 days no T4 before starting Armour, even though I had adrenal support. Subject: Question of NAE and adrenals I have been taking NAE since Tuesday and have been off my levothyroxine since Wednesday. On Tuesday and Wednesday I took 1 NAE each day.
