What blood tests would be useful to have?

A short while ago I wrote how marvelous I was feeling since the Thyroxine kicked in properly (150mcg and taken at night) but in the last week the aches and pains in my arms have come back and I've noticed my hands are often tingly when I'm in bed. I'm gpoing to get a full thyroid test done with NPTEch but what other tests would be useful to have ?
