Welcome a - you've come to the right place. I am 100% for BFL!

It's awesome. My one suggestion would be to do a little more cardio.

Even if you just bumped it up to 30min for your HIIT - I just feel it

doesn't have enough cardio for those of us that have more body fat to

lose before you go to building the muscles! But that's just the way

Hi all

I am new member of the group.I am hypo Adrenal,hypoT and have a thyroid nodule..

I am wondering why some people need more iodine than others.
