Considering a flushing out my body...

Hi

I'm a 23yr old female from UK.

Since the beginning of this year I have become a bit obsessed with

what I put in my body.

I'm vegetarian, and mostly eat a diet of non-processed foods whenever

possible. I don't restrict fats and carbs completely, but try to only

eat them once a day. I cook a lot with olive oil, fresh ginger & garlic.

For instance today I have eaten an apple, banana, green bean sprouts,

miso soup, steamed - Corn on cob, half brocolli, half a courgette,

mushrooms... and drank some herbal teas and 3 litres of water.

However, for all my good intentions, I have for some years now,

partied hard, and drank far too many different forms of alcohol.

With all the health warnings suddenly around about alcohol, I have

become a bit paranoid, and am considering the liver & gallstone flush.

- My main question is, is this safe to do, before having a health

check up?

- Is it something worth doing at my age or is it more for older people?

- I sometimes get a dull pain in my left side, under my rib cage

after drinking a bit too much... could this be a cause?

I'm also constantly tired yet don't sleep well and have quite bad

anxiety & depression, but other than I have no other ailments.

I'm slim and do general light excersise often.

I am thinking of doing it with a friend by drinking lots of apple

juice some days in advance. Intake no fatty foods 24hrs before and

eat my last food at 2pm. then starting at 6pm with the epsom salt

water... and again at 8pm, then at 10pm drinking the olive oil/lemon

juice and going to bed laying on my right side

Thanks in advance for any advice....
