Guest guest Posted June 19, 2007 Report Share Posted June 19, 2007 Dear members Kindly advise me how to keep my GB and liver healthy keeping in mind the follwoing: age 45 No GB attack so far I have Diabetes begining stage I dont smoke or Drink After reading Dr Young's book " Sick and Tired " , I left Coffee/Tea and instead have freshm lemon juice in lukewarm water daily in the morning.
