Guest guest
Hey everybody, I've had gallbladder issues for quite sometime. just did the liver/gallbladder flush that involves the olive oil, epson salt, grapefruit for 2 days. I got out a lot of tan, light colered stone's, and some really dark, almost looked like flaxseeds. But I still am belching alot, like after I eat food and such, the same way I was before with my gallbladder problems. I also read about Apple Juice helping get more stones out if you drink a lot of it a day or 2 prior to the cleanse. Is that true? I'm going to do another cleanse in 2 weeks and wanted to know if I should try that.. the apple juice that is? Also, I had a lot of swirly, mucosy direah as I was cleasning. What is that exactly? Any info or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody.

The other option is apple pectin 1000 mg in the am and the same at night. The applecider vinegar drink in between meals like 1 tbs with 8 oz water. It is the malic acid in apples that soften the stones. You can also eat apples. Hanna
