Guest guest
Today I went to my chiropractor for an adjustment and acupuncture for gall stone colic and hiatal hernia. I must avoid surgery for several reasons. She told me her favorite flush, which she has had patients doing for over ten years, involves eating a fatty meal for dinner, like steak and baked potato with lots of butter and sour cream or Kentucky Fried Chicken or having a lot of whipped cream over strawberries. At bedtime, you drink half a cup of olive oil, sleep on your right side, and in the morning take Epsom salts, which she said relaxes your gall bladder so it releases the stones. She said it had worked for everybody. I am afraid to do it because I am alone with no support system, and I am a senior. A friend told me that chiropractors who use a system called BNR say that " nobody should ever have gall bladder surgery " because they can treat it. I know nothing about BNR.....I think those were the letters. Josie --------------------------------- Everyone is raving about the all-new beta. Guest guest
Wow Josie! A woman named Josie, a call of pick pink flowers, and an email of haggis is Scot's food... From the standpoint of a squeamish and jaded American palate all sorts of questions arise. Do not worry about the Epsom salts on an infrequent basis. They have been used quite safely for some period of time. ALL of the other gallbladder flushes recommend much reduced intake of food for up to 72 hours before the actual flush and the vacuation of the bowels too. If you eat a heavy meal you will block the quick elimination of the bile and stones, thereby increasing the reabsorbtion of elements that you are trying to eliminate. If you have a large stone to eliminate this could put you in the hospital. I would strongly suggest researching several of the flushes available on this group. I agree with the chiros that say " No one should ever have to lose their gallbladder " . And of course there are always exceptions to the rule; but extremely rare. Always, in all ways, -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: PickPinkFlowers<mailto:haggisisscotsfood@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Tuesday, February 06, 2007 4:42 PM Subject: Gall Stone Colic Today I went to my chiropractor for an adjustment and acupuncture for gall stone colic and hiatal hernia.
