Guest guest
As I read some articles here, one question interests me, which is about what to eat to evade from gallstone attack. From my experieces, most of my gallstone attacks happened after eating beef meat. There was one that happened, after I ate Dunkin donut adn Yohoo - both sweet products. One gallstone attack happened after after I ate Japanese Beef teriyaki. Three days after I was released from hospital (after 11 days of confinement), I still had no idea what really caused my gallstone attacks. So, I went to Boston Market to eat beef meatloaf. And from there I was attacked immediately again by gallstone. I was confined for four days more. This time, the doctor recommended ('coz I lost 21 lbs from 14 days of confinement) that after two months of resting, I should submit for gall bladder removal. My schedule of operation was May 23, 2006. But on May 22, I called the Doctor that I was backing out from the operation. Since then, all I did to evade from another gallstone attack are oily foods, and never, never taste at all any form of beef meat. Any food that has a lot of saturated oils, spicy, sweet, and acidic are enemies of gall bladders infected with gallstone. Since then, I've never tasted any brand of soda or beverage. I only drink pure water at room temperature, and never a cold water. While eating, I also drink apple juice until I finish my meal. I only eat grilled chicken meat, grilled fish, fresh vegetables, and fresh fruits. And I reduced my eating of rice and bread. One more suggestion that I also read from a health book is DO NOT OVEREAT, and NEVER BE HUNGRY. Both of these will irritate your gallbladder, and will cause gallstone attack. Have a good physical exercise, and have a bright life - or positive life. There's another supplimental drink that help the health of myself and my wife who has a heart problem. The drink is Xango, which is very popular now in the Internet, because it helps a lot of people with different illnesses. Aside from my gallstone, Xango had also reduced my fond of urinating every few minutes. Now, I could sleep longer without going back and forth to the bathroom at night. This is because I drink 2 tablespoons of Xango after my evening meal or before I sleep. As support for this product, I joined other people to promote it, and mine is at http://www.mymangosteen.com/distributors/JessGuim/ . Best regards to all.
