Guest guest
Thanks, Suzy... I have Magnesium with Malic Acid and will resume taking it very soon, in fact, after writing this e-mail. What's the recommended daily dosage? I was wondering if anyone could tell me if light to moderate physical excersion can bring on an attack. I ask because I can work outside all day... yardwork and sundry... without a sign of an attack. In the evenings, tho, (like tonite) just before dinner I can walk up and down the stairs and get this fullness, uncomfortableness. It's seems the attacks, lesser or greater, come on in the evening whether prompted by food or not. Of course, food and the type of food can make it more severe. The gall bladder is more active in the evenings, correct? And why the flush is recommended for that time of day. I also find that body position makes a difference when attacks occur. For me sitting upright and back slightly (or head forward) rather than laying to one side or another helps the attack to pass. Again, these are not painful attacks, but rather a very noticeable uncomfortable feeling that may or may not linger too long. Definite cause to pause and get a handle on myself. In the past I had these episodes accompanied by the " shivers " ... whether or not they were psychological shivers I'm not sure. Lately it's just that full, uncomfortable feeling that I can most definitely trace to the GB. Will await anyone's and everyone's thoughts. Thanks. Guest guest
Just would like to know the brand of the magnesium with malic acid you have. I had one once but they recalled it and I never saw it again. I'm pretty sure due to improper labeling. This was a Canadian product. franniboy@... wrote: > Thanks, Suzy...
