Guest guest
Hi, I just finished reading Dr Brownstein's iodine book (latest addition). I was very interested in what it said about a couple of the B vitamins - I believe B2 (Riboflavin) & Vitamin B3,(Niacin) and their being helpful for improving energy levels (I think something about ATP and mitochondria or some such). Anyway very interesting! Also my energy levels and also my exercise recovery time period are still 2 big area of improvement for me. I have to admit that I do not know much about the B vitamin and I am also not good about taking them because I tend to think that they really do a number on my stomach. Also I understand that with the B Vitamins you are supposed to have a balance of all of them and so taking just certain ones for a particular purpose has do be done the right way --- is that right?? Any Vitamin be info or advice would be appreacaited. Shortly after I joined the group I ran across a list of suggested supplements to compliment the iodine supplementation. I did begin taking some Selenium and being more careful to take my magnesium and a vitamin D and a multivitamin/mineral. I had intended to get back to studying the list more and start taking a more complete list of the suggested suppliments in more specific amounts -- now I can't find that list -- can someone help be find that link again??
