Guest guest
or at least the majority of us don't do, is to prepare our own cultured/fermented vegetables..which makes them into a wonderful easy to digest food, full of enzymes and good bacteria that is good for the whole digestive system. Other foods like milk can be made into kefir, but you do ideally need the milk to be raw..and dairy is somewhat a no no for people with liver/gallbladder issues.. I got my product to make home grown pickles from www.perfectpickler.com it only takes 4 days to make a batch.. at first one does get a bit bloated and windy, as the new good bacteria start to displace the bad bacteria.. enjoy! and its cheap! bought pickles are often pasteurised.
