Guest guest Posted November 30, 2006 Report Share Posted November 30, 2006 Carole, I too have gall stones and found out that if you juice your vegetables regularly (including beets); take some lecithin; eat lots of pineapple and papayas you will be able to handle things better. Changing the diet is very important. Of course, there are the flushes (I have not yet tried them though).
