RE: gallstones revisited

Hi I am new to this flushing thing and I want to ask some questions about

it. First I have been flushing every couple of weeks since September

because of attacks. I have yet to see anything that is " stone-like " . I

have seen some things like you see in the pictures but they are soft like

sponges when squeezed, black and grainy looking all sizes. Then there were

ones after an attack that were white, irregular solid globs of fat that

floated and were about 2mm. My day after Thanksgiving attack (yikes) was the

worst. I had solid white poops and then bright yellow diarrhea. I had

gravy and pie. ( They found " sludge " in my gallbladder back in September

and wanted me to see a surgeon. Right. So I have bee working with my

alternative guys to help me change my diet and loose my fatty liver and

sludge. Please let me know about the stones, etc. Thanks Jill

Jill, your white poops are worrying and sound like you might have had

jaundice (the bilirubin can't get into the poop and make it the customary

brown colour). This isn't something to be messed with. I'd have a doctor

check you out again.

Jill,

I do not have the answer, but I want to offer you a suggestion. I have

gallstones and went to the doctor for an analysis following my ultra sound. She

advised me not to do anything right now. The reason is that I have been working

with the condition. Diet includes lots of juiced vegetables, including one beet

at least three times a week; lecithin; digestive enzymes; and daily dose of

sliced papaya. I've cut down on fried foods and whenever I take my mandatory

fish oil and vitamin E I take them with digestive enzymes. See if changing your

diet helps.
