Guest guest
Magnesium malate - malic acid breaks down the stones and sludge, that is why it is recomended. It is a form I have only seen once and have used. Other magnesiums - Magnesium citrate is a better useable form than mag oxide. Magnesium oxide is a good laxative but not as useable for actually retaining the magnesium. I have been told that the most useable form of mg is magnesium orotate. I am not sure if this mg would do any good in breaking down the stones and sludge, but is very good for other ailments like the heart palpitations, muscle aches and pains, motor control and smooth muscle relaxation.
