Distilled water, has all the minerals removed. it has an affinity to

pull minerals and toxins out of the body. This is why some people drink

distilled water while cleansing. I would use it during cleansing but

not on a regular daily basis. If you do have a excessive calcium

deposit problem, then it would help some. But it would also pull other

minerals out of the body as well.

I did the master cleanse a couple of years ago where you drink nothing

but a lemonade made of lemon juice and maple syrup in a glass of

distilled water, with cayenne powder. This fast for 10 days made all

aches and pains that I had go away and I had major foot pain (calcium

deposits in my heels) I could not walk except on the sides of my

feet. I also had eye twitches, heart palpitations, and other joint

pains. All of them disappeared. I took Mg up to the fast but not

during the fast.(except the epsom salts during the liver flushes)

I must say I did a Liver cleanse at the start and at the end of this

fast, so I attribute a lot of healing to cleaning my liver as well.

But when the cleansing mode was finished I went to R.O. water as our

water is very questionable. I believe that between the Mg, lemon and

the distilled water is what removed the calcification deposits.

The real key to remember is that if the liver and gallbladder is

congested the toxins and excess do not leave the body. Concentrate on

that issue and use Mg and distilled water to remove excess calcium that

has been deposited. Be careful and keep it all in moderation let the

body regulate itself and back off when you feel better.
