Guest guest
I didn't like the sound of the Hulda purge either, but I don't think you can get away without using the olive oil. I mixed mine with grapefruit juice for the final day when you have to drink a lot. I did a 9 day purge, 8 days with a small amount of olive oil and lemon and the 9th day with a cup of olive oil and a cup of grapefruit juice. I passed stones daily for about a year!!! My only GB attack was March 12, 2006, and I still have my GB. Amber is there a gb and liver flush that is as effective at getting stones out as H s, but without the use of the epsom salts or oil? That stuff is so narsty it makes me dry heave. *insert barf smiley here* Brad .
Guest guest
Hey Amber, Wow passing stones for a friken year?? Thats nuts! Ive only done the H and some polish liver flush and both only get me passing stones for about 1 day. Sounds like your flush is more powerful. When you say small amount of olive oil and lemon how much were you taking? So you got a flush without epsom salts thats very interesting. How did you feel after the flush? No more GB attacks im assuming. Thanks for the info i think ill try it out. Brad > > I didn't like the sound of the Hulda purge either, but I don't think you can get away without using the olive oil. Guest guest
I did a total of 3 flushes. The first was a 9 day affair with special instructions. I've posted them here before and will see if I still have them and will repost later. I have only had the one attack (March 12, 2006). I refused surgery. Still have no GB and have had no further problems. I take the A-F Betafood daily and will continue to do so. Yes, I passed stoned daily for about a year. Then it went down to a few times a week. Haven't passed any for a few months now, but I still feel fine. Amber Hey Amber, Wow passing stones for a friken year?? Thats nuts! Guest guest
Hi Brad, Sorry I am late replying. I am a Lymie who also needs to do a GB flush. I wonder what method you will use. I may do the magnesium malate instead of epsom salts, as Dave suggested. I don't think I'll have a problem doing the oil once it's mixed with the citrus, but we'll see. All the best, Margh ----- Original Message ----- From: ontarioguy2334 gallstones Sent: Saturday, October 13, 2007 10:27 AM Subject: Hi guys I just joined this forum! =) You all seem like a good group so I just signed up. Im already on a few groups including lyme and rife and lyme topics (I have lyme disease). But my question is this, is there a gb and liver flush that is as effective at getting stones out as H s, but without the use of the epsom salts or oil? That stuff is so narsty it makes me dry heave. *insert barf smiley here* Thanks in advance, have a good weekend, Brad
Guest guest
When we use the oil/grapefruit juice flush we started using the lite olive oil and the tendency to vomit is not as strong since the lite oil doesn't have the nasty taste that regular does. Guest guest
You wont have the tendency to vomit if you lay on the right side and go to sleep too. The lite is not as good as the Extra virgin. The lite is mixed with other oils and that are not good for this. IF you will add 1/2 cup of tomato juice to the olive oil and lemon or grapefruit you wont have the nausea either. It is always necessary to lay on the right side when you go to bed so as to keep the mix down. This makes it go to the liver and GB and stay in the body. I have done this and I know what I am saying. I wont do it without the tomato juice in it. The acid in the tomato juice is very good for this too. Guest guest
Hi , I've never heard of any citrus inhibiting detox in any way. Then again, I'm not well versed in all the detox pathways either. Do you remember where you read it? Thanks, Vince When we use the oil/grapefruit > juice flush we started using the lite > > olive oil and the tendency to vomit is not as strong since the lite > oil > > doesn't have the nasty taste that regular does. > > > > Bill > > > > > > > > > > > > __________________________________________________ > >
