IP6, aloe vera, coriander and cumin

Before you try surgery or an oil flush, you could try taking IP6 - inositol

hexaphosphate.

It chelates and removes the calcium and iron component (calcium bilirubinate) of

the

stones. It's available over the Net. Some people take unsweetened lemon juice

in hot

water to attack the calcium and iron in the stones, and I think it works to some

extent,

but acid media (even vitamin C) also increase absorption of iron from food, so

if you do use lemon

juice, take it at a different time from the IP6 so as not to prevent the IP6

from removing iron.

Ayurvedic doctors advised taking a little fresh aloe vera (I take aloe vera

yoghurt) to

facilitate passage of the stones (like olive oil), and a tablespoon of crushed

fresh ginger and

honey morning and night to increase bile flow which tends to dissolve the stones

(because they

crystallized from the bile in the first place). Manuka honey is particularly

good since it

may act as a surfactant on the stones, making them more vulnerable to be

dissolved

by the extra bile.

They also advised taking a tea made of coriander seeds and cumin seeds - you

just simmer a teaspoon of each of these seeds for 10 min in 500ml of water. The

ginger, coriander

and cumin combined have the effect of making the stones smaller and easier to

pass.

This is probably because the coriander and cumin contain terpenes which attack

the cholesterol

component of the stones.

So if you take IP6 to get rid of the calcium/iron in the stones, coriander/cumin

to get rid

of the cholesterol in the stones, and a little ginger to increase bile flow, you

just might

find those stones are getting smaller.

These things seem to have worked for me. I still get occasional nausea, but the

more I keep

on with this protocol, the less I get it.

Finally, I think your stones, unlike mine, may be mainly cholesterol, so you

should benefit

more than me from aromatic herbs like coriander. All mint type herbs contain

terpenes,

and are very useful - the leaves, and the teas made from them.
