On the other hand, I've heard too much iodine can be a bad thing. The bottle only recommends a few drops a week. I would welcome any guidance on how much I should be taking. Also wondering about lugos vs iodoral for thyroid conditions. How much lugols is too much? How do I know if I'm iodine deficient? How do I know if I'm taking to much. Thank you. Guest guest
hi all - thought i would throw my 2 cents in here. I have Hashimotos and have been treating with iodoral -50/day for two months. Aside from some sinus headaches in the beginning, i have done fine. I also switched to armour -3 grains/day about four months ago. What a difference it made with the brain fog. hope that helps you in making your decision on how to treat with iodoralsandi blair <ptb_1952@...> wrote: hi, erin! most of your questions will be answered on the www.stopthethyroidmadness.com website - that sites address is below these 2 iodine info websites i've given you. these are good websites on iodine information - www.breastcancerchoices.com and www.iodine4health.com http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/things-we-have-learned/?PHPSESSID=c6705a680cbccde47cfeb96ed63501f1 Carefully read #15 on this page. sincerely, sandi esologaistoa <erin@...> wrote: Hi, I have hashimotos with really high antibodies.
