Guest guest
Hi Vince, At the time of removal did you notice the extra free mercury moving in the your body, ie. Did you get sicker before you started to feel better? What protocol did you use to remove the mercury? What safety methods did the dentist use while removing the old fillings? I am thinking of having this done in the near future and need to research this more. Guest guest
If you do have it done, find a dentist that is a member of The International Association of Mercury Free Dentists. http://www.dentalwellness4u.com/index.html Have a blessed day! Guest guest
My dentists used oxygen in a face mask for me during the amalgam removal, a rubber dam with a suction to remove all material, and I took charcoal tablets. The Dentist in Mexico used 30 grams of IV Vit. C during the procedure and gave me one antibiotic after the root canal extractions to combat the staff bacteria. I got 30 minutes of accupressure massage to move the lymph after each procedure. I applied a theraputic magnet each night for 30 days to the sites of the tooth extractions. It helped tremendously to reduce the swelling and discomfort. I did get sick off and on after the amalgam extractions. It went in the typical detox cycles: felt great for a while and when my body got more energy I went into detox and felt lousy for a while. This has happened a few times over the last year since my mouth work was completed. I feel generally better than I have for about 30 years now. My liver flushes helped me tremendously, but not for long each time (I've done 9). I feel that my mouth cleanup is going to get me lots of permanent benefit and increase the effectiveness of my cleansing. My regular detox/chelation is a combination of Kombucha tea, kefir, psyllium husks, apple pectin, activated charcoal, oat bran, bentonite clay, flax seed oil, extra virgin olive oil, raw coconut oil, Dr Shultz's super food powder and his intestinal formula #1. I also grow my own organic vegetables. Guest guest
Hi Vince, Thanks for the reply. This is exactly what I was looking for. I have heard of using DMPS? to chelate. Have you looked into anything like this or Alpha lipoic acid? Cilantro is another food that is supposed to work well. I am still looking into these procedures and really dont know much about it yet. I am glad you posted your response. Guest guest
I've heard of DMPS and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I've read Cutler's material and decided against going the real agressive route of chelation. It's tough on an already weakened system, and can be tricky to regulate and supplement while chelating. I do order extra cilantro with my Mexican food and order extra Pico De Gallo to help my chelation in a natural and gentle way. I've tried some of the best Chlorella, and even one capsule is too much for me right now. Guest guest
I have read on several different sites and that it is not a good idea to try to flush mercury if you have amalgam fillings in your mouth. There is a product called PCA-Rx which, supposedly, can be used to pull out metals while you still have fillings. I don't know how true this is. I am just going by what I have read. I did try the PCA-Rx for a few days, but maybe I didn't have enough elimination pathways open yet because I felt really terrible for about a week. Anyway, the heavy metal thing needs to be studied carefully. I am just learning about it, so I can't pass along any solid information. I just wanted to warn against trying to detox from metals with any products while you still have amalgams. For some, however, the PCA-Rx has worked. Guest guest
I second that, Margh. Until I got all my mercury out of my mouth I couldn't do anything that helped remove heavy metals without feeling terrible quickly and haveing to back off. Guest guest
I hope they are correct, Sally. Just be ready to cut back or stop taking the product if it reacts with you in an undesirable way. Everyone is different, so who knows how the product will react in you until you try it? At any rate, I hope it does you a lot of good.
