You could start by taking alook at two good sites. www.sensiblehealth.com www.gallbladderattack.com Lots of people here will I am sure give good advice. What suits one does not always suit another..so you may have to experiment with various healing foods etc.. Lemon juice in hot water daily..make sure you get healthy oils..moderation..you do need some oils..organic cold pressed etc. flaxseed oil, hempseed oil, some olive oil.. don't rush into doing a cleanse if you have lots of sludge and also inflammation you need to decongest first.. the sensible health site of julia chang explains this one nicely. Foods like raw beets juiced are good..also get your self a superfood powder with lots of greens in it..there are so many out there, you will be spoilt for choice! People think that they actually move their body, because they walk and do running and jogging, but we need to do stretching to massage the interntal lymphatic system, and to move the energy in the meridians..
