Cholacol and A-F Betafood

I did a search, too. I've been on A-F Betafood for a long time now with

excellent results. That is another product the nutritionist was going to

recommend to me, but I was already taking it. I'm going to forward this below

paragraph to her and see what she has to say about it.

a.. Caution: Since Cholacol encourages gallbladder contractions to release bile

to aid in the breakdown of fats, people who have gallstones should not take

Cholacol or A-F Betafood®. In the presence of gallstones, Betafood®, Choline,

and Disodium Phosphate are the supplements of choice to promote healthy

gallbladder function.*

your GB you should not take them. Do you still have your GB
