That is another product the nutritionist was going to recommend to me, but I was already taking it. I'm going to forward this below paragraph to her and see what she has to say about it. a.. Caution: Since Cholacol encourages gallbladder contractions to release bile to aid in the breakdown of fats, people who have gallstones should not take Cholacol or A-F Betafood®.
