adrenal help needed please

Hi there

I have been taking 6 NAE's and have just ordered some cortisone.The

Nae's havent been strong enough for me. I have been in denial about my

adrenals for some time.My cortisol was at the bottom of the range and

my DHEA were very high from the saliva test.

can I just start the cortisone and just stop the nae's?

I am taking 5 grains of armour, would I need to come off everthing for

a while,

I was thinking of taking 10mg and 5mg of hydrocortisone to start with,

Can I take this dose straight away if I have been on NAE's

I did email the adrenal group but I didnt get a reply. Your thought

would be so appreciated.

This is a big step for me
