Liz, I have problems similar to yours. My esophagus is very reactive, so I have

trouble taking things that will dissolve stones. I did a Chinese herbal

protocol for gallstones w/ Zhu Dan and Lysimachia, but had trouble tolerating

the herbs.

I'm now taking BileMin from Apex Labs, which so far I have been able to

tolerate. Because I have Lyme, I also need a low carb diet w/ lots of good

oils, such as fish oil, flaxseed oil, and olive oil.

I'm hoping to do a flush in September or October. I hope to then have more

energy to do the flush. I have tested pink grapefruit and was able to eat a

whole grapefruit and not have it burn. So I should be able to use the flush

recipe w/ pink grapefruit.

All the best,

Margh

Subject: Thank you

Thank you for you responces and help. I will try some of your

recommemdation after seeing my doc Wendsday. My problem that I can`t

tolerate most of acids, Vitamin C, lemon, vinegar, etc.I don`t take

PPI and antacids too because I have headaches from it. One doc said I

can digest protein but I can`t digest carbs so I am on low carb diet

now.

I eat a lot of meats with melted butter - Ghee- because I am allergic

to whey in milk, and some veggies.Though I know it is not recommended

to eat much fats for gallbladder but im candida grioup they said it is

better that eat vegetable oil which is like plastic and toxic.Ghee is

cleansing itself for cells.

What is you opinion of fats and oils?

Liz
