Guest guest
, So true!!!! Same with me, I have had IBS for 10 years I can't just go and do all these hydocolonics like I want to. Last month I passed blood balls for three days from eating bad food, I have IBS and diverticulitus which I knew nothing about, Great another illness. I have to not only watch out for sugar and fungus and yeast but raw veggies, nuts and certain foods, my stomach just doesn't digest stuff right, then there is the malabsorbtion, so I know I am not getting enough vitamins they are not getting through, but they make me sick to my stomach too. So some of us have to watch out for different stuff, if I hate kefir with milk I would be in so much pain I can't handle any milk or dairy.I have appointment with Gastro guy this month cant wait to see what he says first time there. So everyone has different stuff. You really have to pay attention to your body. Guest guest
Dear Terri, Oh I am sorry to hear you suffering with all of the G.I stuff! It is no picnic thats for sure!! There is a product called Bio-K which is a super high concentration of live probiotics. It comes in a dairy free version. Itake it when I have a really bad IBS flare up and it helps me so much. It is pricey, but worth it if you are suffering. Katy:) Peake <peaketeresa@...> wrote: ,So true!!!! Guest guest
I have done the Master Cleanse. I do like it, but I have trouble staying on it because I get very, very hungry. I have other friends who have done very well on the cleanse. ar On Sat, 15 Nov 2008 14:17:46 -0800 (PST), " robyn howell " <robynehowell@...> said: > Has anyone ever tried the master cleanse? what kind of results did you > have? > Thanks, Robyn > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
I did that for years! I never cleansed as a results and could never figure out why. I once did it for 23 days in a row. Anyhow, I had a food allergy test done (blood test) and found out I was severely allergic to lemons! What a wake-up call........ I have re-oriented my own care since! Guest guest
The Master Cleanse is a great short-term cleanse that many raw foodists really love. I've done it myself. But I don't know if it is recommended if you have active cancer. ar > robyn howell wrote: > > > > I am thinking about doing a master cleanse. It uses lemons, cayanee, > > and maple syrup.
