The ONLY changes I've made are one bowl of oatmeal in the morning and one capsule of this liver blend every morning. I planned to increase my fiber and the dose of this more, but haven't had a need to so far. If you read through Dr. Cabot's materials she advises against a low fat diet. The fiber serves to handle some of your dietary fat intake. Hope you get the same results I did!
