Definitely dairy products won't be in my list of nutrients for a while. I am going to consume only olive oil, avocados and olives as my fats to try to balance the level of lypids in my body. Regarding the proteins, i will buy my whey protein again. Any brand in particular? Also i think that a gallon of water per day plus a good diet limiting rice, bread and potatoes will reduce fat from your body.
