Thanks for the advice. Tomorrow i will go back to the gym, i feel more confident

that my GB won't bother. Definitely dairy products won't be in my list of

nutrients for a while. I am going to consume only olive oil, avocados and olives

as my fats to try to balance the level of lypids in my body. Regarding the

proteins, i will buy my whey protein again. Any brand in particular? Also i

think that a gallon of water per day plus a good diet limiting rice, bread and

potatoes will reduce fat from your body. Very interesting post, thanks again.

Subject: Re: Advice to take proteins

hello carlos-

your body needs protein. i started off w/ proteins that were easy for

my body to digest- fish, seafood, then after 1-2 months added

poultry. i also started off w/ very small amounts. i was buying my

fish from costco, which is individually frozen. one piece, which

would be a normal serving for a person w/ healthy digestive system,

started off as 3 servings for me. i was also able to eat 1 soft

boiled egg a day, but it was awhile before i could eat more than

that. after about 6 months of fish and poultry i tried some lamb,

then a few months later beef. they are only occasional in my diet, i

still mainly stick to fish and poultry.

as for the milk, its not working out for me. i've read that dairy is

really an issue for people w/ gall bladder problems. it has been 1

year since my last attack, i eliminated dairy from my diet. i've

recently found a source of raw dairy, which is easier to digest, and

i don't think my gall bladder is appreciating it. (is there anyone

out there that has been able to add dairy back into their diet

successfully? )

as for exercising.. .i'd think that would be a great thing to do. i've

read it keeps your digesting system moving and things don't get

stagnant. it helps to keep the bile flowing so the sludge and stones

don't form. i know i can tell the difference if i slack off on my

walking. however, i don't do any vigorous gym workouts so i can't

speak for that.

i know mainstream doctors tell us not to eat fat because they say

that is what causes the gallstones. according to dr thomas cowan

(http://fourfoldheal ing.com/Q & A%20Gall% 20Stones. htm)eating too much

of the wrong kinds of fats and not enough good fats is what causes

the stones. but you do have to start off w/out fat to let your

digestive system heal and then gradually add them back in.

i hope i've been of some help. best of luck on your journey.

be well,

~beverly

> Hello guys. I had my first attack about 45 days ago. I used to go

to the gym and take supplements besides the whey protein and had a

healthy diet, but i messed up with a crazy weekend previous to the

attack. I didn't want they take my GB and decided to do the flush. I

got rid of 700 stones( yes, i counted all), most of them green.

Doctors told me to not eat fat neither protein because it becomes

fat. However i want to go back to the gym, that is my life. It

relieves me from my stressful life. I lost 15 pounds (i am 5'7, 153

lbs) and i am in my ideal weight now.

is counterproductive or would have a boomerang effect if i take or

consume proteins (beef, eggs, milk also) to do my workouts. Also i

wonder if doing exercises would affect the movement of the stones and

cause pain. Please, i need suggestions.
