Which vitamins and minerals to take...and what dose?

I know that my vit d is low, but have never bothered taking a high

dose of it - i used to have a multivitamin with it in, but have not

taken any vit d for the past few months. Could low vit d on its own

cause problems?

Also last year, my ferritin was 65.

Iv just bought 14mg iron (with vid c) and 25mcg vit D to help with

these two things, as well as some 200mcg selenium, 400IU Vitamin E and

100mcg b12 (even tho I dont know if I am low or not in this).

How many of the iron pills should I have per day cos 14mcg iron isnt

much is it? And how many pills of the vit d?

Im also taking 2500 or 5000mg vit c per day (varies as sometimes I

forget) and 15mg of zinc.

Is this all ok? Should I be taking more or less of any of these things?

Sorry for all the questions but im very curious as this may be why i

still feel im not on enough armour.
