Not quite sure why Dr P prescribes such low doses of CoEnzymeQ10. This is a 'maintenance' dose. You can quite safely increase that. My husband has (had) high cholesterol and was put on Statins - the worse thiong a doctor could have done to him and he takes Niacin (Vit.B3) 350 mgs and CoEnzymeQ10 300 mgs. He is so much better and both his high cholesterol and high BP have colme down to an acceptable level.

It was Dr P who prescribed what i''m already taking.I'm taking 30mg of cq10 a day as prescribed by dr P
