Guest guest
stones but had read that I need to do a parasite cleanse and then kidney cleanse before the liver cleanse for gall stones. Is this necessary to do these two cleanses before the liver flush? Also after I have cleansed the liver, flushed the gall stones - how can I eat to make sure they do not accumulate again... do I have to eat liver healthy... less saturated fats... etc..? [what types of food are good for liver health and less gall stones?] Or do I have to keep on with the liver cleanses.. I have another question regarding the liver and fats - are vegetable fats ok e.g. grapeseed, olive oil, advocado, coconut.... And another question: I starting taking some gelatine capsules of Omega 3 oil and a pain started in my right side - so I stopped taking them.. This happened in the first week of my change in eating from processed sugary salty foods to white meat only less fat, more vegetables and low fat dairy food.. Was it the omega 3 oil or the change in eating.. It only occurred to me that the oil was doing something good and I was feeling it or maybe it was the change in diet and the pain was an indication that something bad was happening. Would appreciate any feedback... Lisette
