Hi,

I think dandelion root tea helps me. Since I started drinking it a few times a

week, and eating artichokes more frequently, I've not had any pain at all. When

I am going to eat a meal that doesn't have a lot of veggies I'll drink the tea.

If you try the tea, check to see if it is contraindicated with any medications

you are taking.

I've found that not eating a lot of cheese, yogurt and bad fats works for me

too.

hi monique and all,

i wish to share also my experience on the power of tghe dandelion. One

afternoon In 2004, I experience excruciating pain in urinating, It came in drops

and I was more terrified to see blood I was in terrible pain that I couldn't

even stand erect then I had fever too, i was wondering since in the morning I

was so okey, its just that slowly am not feeling good till I felt this pain when

I went to the Rest room. I was brought home and while preparing forthe

hospital,I decided to try that dandelion concuction. i sent for fresh leaves cut

them to pieces, measured for every 12 tablespoon of it to 1 cup water. Put the

measured cups of water to a boil then drop the leaves and have it boil for 15

mins. drunk it every now and then.when i feel the urge to urinate, I was so

scared of the pain that I tried to hold it and stand the pain till I was put to

sleep.

when I woke up, that was early dawn i have that urge to go to the CR, though I

was so scared expecting pain i hust closed my eyes and let it go. To my

surprise, there was no more pain, onother surprise, is when I saw the wipes I

used, there are whitish powdery residue. these are the stones broken to powder

by the dandelion. What I did with the leaves i boiled after consuming the tea, i

mixed tomatoes and some oil. yummy veg. salad. I went back to office as if

nothing happened to me the previous day. Dandelion is also good for Hepa and

brochities according to my herbalist who is a nurse. all parts of the plant is

useful.....wish you all good health.
