Guest guest
I have had this exact symptom for almost ten years now. To a T as you have described. Guest guest
Everything in moderation! We need good fat, like olive oil or flax oil, avocadoes, and some nuts. But if you have problems with eating nuts, and you seem to know that, for goodness sake CHANGE. If you keep overeating nuts and having pain, you are doing it to yourself. I can't understand anyone recommending people eat a lot of saturated fat. Amber I am not sure what cause my belching and pain on right side where gallbladder located. It is happen usually after eating too much nuts. It seems I can`t digest nuts but I can`t stop eating it.I have some stagnation in my gallbladder according to US exam so probably it is the reason for pain. I learned to eat nuts when I was on strick no grain diet because of my intolerance to gladin/gluten. Now I start to eat grain again a little but still can`t drop nuts. In one of group I red that when we eat fatty food it id naturally activate galbladder and it is good for heath. So they recommend to eal a lot of saturated food. But docs usually don`t recommend it. What would you recommend: to eat nuts or not? Liz
Guest guest
I also seem to have problems with nuts and excessive bloating. Everyone says nuts are good and when avoiding grains and sugar like I am, nuts seem to be the best bet for snacking. Are they really just overworking the GB or is it likely that nuts cause extra digestive problems? greg > > I am not sure what cause my belching and pain on right side where > gallbladder located.
