Guest guest Posted December 19, 2007 Report Share Posted December 19, 2007 I started the cleanse yesterday at 6:00 pm, followed all the instructions in Moritz's book and now it is morning and nothing has happened. I have not had a bowel movement or watery discharge since my enema before beginning the cleanse. I feel quite full and bloated. I also feel pressure and lots of bubbling in my gut.
